Meal plans that respect every diet and allergen you combine

Vegan, gluten-free, low-FODMAP, a peanut allergy — plan for all of it at once. Every recipe is screened against the 14 EU-regulated allergens and their common derivatives, with dietary guidance grounded in cited public-health sources.

Combine restrictions instead of picking one

Most meal-planning apps ask you to pick a single diet. Real households stack them — vegan and gluten-free, keto and a shellfish allergy, low-FODMAP and halal. Mealbot's diets are combinable, and allergens are handled as a distinct, safety-focused field, separate from taste preferences.

Declare any of the 14 EU-regulated allergens:

Gluten (cereals) Crustaceans Eggs Fish Peanuts Soy Milk / dairy Tree nuts Celery Mustard Sesame Sulphites Lupin Molluscs

Every generated recipe is checked against your declared allergens and their common derivatives before it reaches you. A combination that's unusually difficult — a strict vegan diet plus a tree-nut allergy, say — is taken into account when the plan is generated. For a diagnosed condition or allergy, talk to a professional: this is guidance, not a medical determination.

Recipes are screened against your selected allergens and their common derivatives — this is a helper, not a guarantee. Always check product labels yourself.

Grounded in cited sources, not a guess

The allergen list follows EU FIC Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011 — the same 14 allergens food labels are legally required to declare. Dietary patterns like low-FODMAP, DASH, and Mediterranean are defined the way the Monash University FODMAP program and NHLBI define them, not invented on the fly. This is a foundation the recipes are grounded in, not a substitute for medical or dietetic advice.

Frequently asked questions

Is this medical or dietary advice?
No. Mealbot screens recipes against your declared allergens and grounds dietary patterns in cited public-health sources, but it isn't a substitute for medical or dietetic advice. Always check product labels yourself, and consult a professional about a diagnosed condition or allergy.
Which allergens does it screen for?
You can declare all 14 major allergens EU food-labelling law requires (Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011): gluten (cereals), crustaceans, eggs, fish, peanuts, soy, milk/dairy, tree nuts, celery, mustard, sesame, sulphites, lupin, and molluscs. Thirteen of those are then checked by a deterministic screen against the generated ingredients and their common derivatives. Sulphites are the exception: whether they have to be declared depends on the amount left in the finished product, which can't be computed from a recipe, so they are handled by the recipe instructions only and not by that screen.
Can I combine multiple diets and allergies?
Yes. Diets are combinable — vegan, gluten-free, and low-FODMAP at once, for example — and allergens stack on top as a separate, safety-focused field, not a taste preference.
How much does it cost?
€4.99/month, or €2.99/month billed annually. A 10-day free trial, no charge until it ends. Stripe's checkout page shows the exact, up-to-date figure.
